1.1. Product or Service - the object of agreement between the parties, which has been selected by the buyer on the website and purchased by the Buyer from the Seller through remote means.

1.2. Seller's Website at http://bublikmua.com/, created for the purpose of entering into retail and wholesale purchase and sale agreements based on the Buyer's review of the Seller's offered product description through the Internet.

1.3. Buyer - a legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18 and who receives information from the seller, places an order to purchase the Product presented on the website for purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial activities, or a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Product to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product under the conditions of this Agreement.

2.2. The date of conclusion of the Offer Agreement (acceptance of the offer) and the moment of full and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement's terms by the Buyer shall be the date of payment by the Buyer for the product displayed on the website, provided that the Buyer receives confirmation of the order from the Seller in electronic form. If necessary and at the Buyer's discretion, the Agreement may be executed in writing.

3.1. The Buyer independently places an order through a special form or by making an order via email or phone provided in the contact section.

3.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to deliver the order to the Buyer if the information provided by the Buyer during the order placement is incomplete or raises suspicion regarding its validity.

4.1. Prices for Products and services are determined solely by the Seller and are indicated on the website. All prices for Products and services are indicated on the website in Ukrainian hryvnias, including VAT.

4.2. Prices for Products and services may be unilaterally changed by the Seller depending on market conditions. However, the price of an individual unit of Product, for which the Buyer has paid in full, cannot be changed unilaterally by the Seller.

4.3. The cost of Product delivery and other associated services is indicated on the website.

5.1. The Seller undertakes to:

5.1.1. Transfer the Product to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Buyer's order.

5.1.2. Not disclose any private information about the Buyer and not provide access to such information to third parties, except as provided by law or at the Buyer's request.

5.2. The Seller has the right to:

5.2.1. Modify the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Tariffs (prices) for Products and services unilaterally by posting them on the website. All changes come into effect upon their publication.

5.3. The Buyer undertakes to:

5.3.1. Familiarize themselves with the content and conditions of this Agreement, as well as the tariffs (prices) offered by the Seller on the website, before concluding the Agreement.

5.3.2. In order for the Seller to fulfill its obligations to the Buyer, the Buyer must provide all necessary data that clearly identifies them as the Buyer and is sufficient for the delivery of the ordered Product.

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return non-food Products to the Seller. The Buyer has the right to return a non-food Product of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days, excluding the day of purchase. The return of a non-food Product of proper quality is carried out. The list of Products not subject to return based on the grounds provided in this clause is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

6.2. The refund of the cost of a non-food Product of proper quality to the Buyer is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment it is received by the Seller, provided that the requirements set out in clause 6.1 of the Agreement are complied with, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The cost of the Product is refunded by postal or bank transfer.

6.3. The consideration of claims provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" is carried out by the Seller upon the Buyer's submission of documents provided by the current legislation of Ukraine, including but not limited to a written statement in the form posted on the website.

6.4. The Seller is not responsible for defects in the Product that occurred after its transfer to the Buyer as a result of the Buyer's violation of the rules of use or storage of the Product, actions of third parties, or force majeure circumstances.

7.1. The Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. The Seller is not liable for any changes made by the manufacturer to the external appearance or configuration of the Product.

7.3. In the event of force majeure circumstances, the Parties are released from the obligation to fulfill the terms of this Agreement. Force majeure circumstances, for the purposes of this Agreement, refer to events of an extraordinary, unavoidable, and unforeseeable nature that exclude or objectively hinder the performance of this Agreement, the occurrence of which the Parties could not foresee or prevent by reasonable measures.

8.1. By providing their personal data on the website during registration or order placement, the Buyer voluntarily gives their consent to the processing, use (including transmission) of their personal data, as well as the performance of other actions provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data," without limitation on the duration of such consent.

8.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Buyer. It is not considered a violation for the Seller to provide information to counterparties and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Seller, including for the fulfillment of obligations to the Buyer, as well as in cases where the disclosure of such information is required by the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.3. The Buyer is responsible for keeping their personal data up to date. The Seller is not liable for inadequate performance or non-performance of its obligations due to outdated information about the Buyer or its inconsistency with reality.

9.1. This Agreement is concluded within the territory of Ukraine and is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

9.2. All disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. In the event that a settlement cannot be reached through negotiations, the Buyer or the Seller may seek resolution of the dispute through the judicial authorities in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

9.3. The Seller has the right to make unilateral changes to this Agreement as provided in clause 5.2.1. of the Agreement. Additionally, changes to the Agreement may also be made by mutual agreement of the Parties in accordance with the applicable legislation.

10.1. This Agreement shall remain in effect until the complete fulfillment of obligations by the parties, except in cases of early termination.

10.2. Prior to the expiration of the term, this Agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement of the parties or in other cases specified in this Agreement and the applicable legislation.
